Don Leopold, Raja of Kupang Receives International Award

Don Leopold, Raja of Kupang traveled to Malta as a guest of the international NGO and charitable organization the Hospitaller Order of St. Lazarus of Jerusalem.

He was there to receive a Humanitarian Award from the HOSLJ, as well as exchange honors and friendship with the Royal House of King Kigeli V of Rwanda.

Don Leopold was one of many of the international dignitaries that were present to the ceremonies representing his Kingdom and His People.
